School Policies

1. We require payment for class in full to reserve your space. If you cannot attend class and notify school 3 weeks prior to class, we will gladly reschedule you or refund your payment. With 2 or more weeks notification, we will reschedule you into available classes. With less than two weeks, we regret there will be no refund or rescheduling due to limited space for registered students.
   
   
2. We request all students to wear closed toe shoes – as glass, solder and bare toes are not a good combination. We also request appropriate clothing remembering that in our school, people can get dirty, and the use of power tools plus hot kilns constitute a safety hazard for Tuxedo sleeves and rhinestone prom dresses.
   
   
3. To provide a quality experience for you at Roses Glassworks Art Glass School, we ask that you use only tools, equipment & supplies provided by and/or purchased here at Roses. If you choose to bring in your own supplies, we cannot guarantee your success, and it must be understood that it is at your own risk. Thank you for your patronage.
   
   
4. We are a drug free and smoke free school environment.
   
   
5. In the event of inclement weather, we will be closed if Washington County public schools are closed.
   
   
6. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
   
   
7. Class schedules, prices of classes and retail items are subject to change without notice.
   
   
8. In-store credits and gift certificates will be valid for up to one year from date of issue. It shall be the responsibility of the recipient to keep track of expiration date.
